Made Heriyasa
Bedugul is one of Bali's tourist attraction that is part of the Tabanan regency. Bedugul area is approximately 70 kilo meters away or about 2.5 hours from Ngurah Rai International Airport. This tourist attraction offers a natural beauty of mountains and lakes. Because it is on a high place, this area is always shrouded in mist and cool weather.
There are several attractions around this area, they are:
Beratan Lake
Lake Beratan is located in Bedugul area, exactly in Candikuning Village, Baturiti District , Tabanan regency, Bali province, and it is right beside the main road of Denpasar - Singaraja traffic. In addition to easy to reach, Lake Beratan also provides a variety of charm and adequate accommodation. Beratan Lake is one of the attractions in Bedugul area which is so unfortunately if you missed it. The cool weather during the day make you feel comfortable to enjoy the scenery around the lake. In the middle of the lake there is a Temple called Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. It is believed by local people that the temple is a shrine of the Goddess of the lake called Sang Hyang Dewi Danu as the grantor of prosperity.

Eka Karya Botanical Garden
It's location is not far from Beratan lake. It is about 2 kilo meters away. The garden is located at an altitude of 1250-1450 meters above sea level. This botanical garden was established on July 15, 1959. Initially Eka Karya Botanical Garden Bali is only for plant coniferae species. Along with the development and status changes as well as the addition of area wide, now its become a conservation of plants of tropical mountains of eastern Indonesia.
Paradise…that is first impression when you set your foot in Eka Raya Botanical Garden. Fatigue, tired, stress sense of burden, will gone gradually when you enter this botanical garden. You better try your self with all of your family and your couple. It would become good therapy for you.
